Your monthly condo fee can be made in several ways:
- Mail payment to the address on the coupon book that you received in the mail from Truist bank.
- Make a payment in-person at any Truist bank branch. You must have your payment coupon with you.
- Sign up for direct withdrawal (ACH) from your bank account. There is no charge for this service. Please fill out the ACH form on the documents page. Or you can go to the Truist bank website and sign up that way. Here is a link for more information on Truist online payments.
- You can pay online with Zego. You will need to set up a username and password. You will then be prompted in how to pay your dues. Please make sure you enter your Rolling Ridge address so that your payment can be applied correctly. There is an a convenience fee to use this service.
